food Pulled Pork Dogs

So, I thought I'd grill a couple of Nathan dogs for lunch, but then I have this huge bowl of pulled pork in the fridge.  A marriage is born.
 
Started by heating up the pulled pork in a pan with a wee bit of water.  Got the dogs going, too (not pictured).

 
I needed to decide on condiments, plus I needed something piquant.  I opted for yellow mustard, red onion and this:


 
Assembled.

 
Pulled pork dogs with a hoppy Summer ale is $$.
