Why not make a new google account that doesn't use your name or identifying information? If you don't have email addresses that don't trace back to you, make one or a few free accounts at M$. More is always better.
I did that a while back to prepare for transferring my 10+ year old anonymous Fitbit account to my new anonymous google account.
I never posted anything but a comment to youtube and that was a very long time ago. IIRC, all I needed was a google login. I used my real one that time.
Edit: For a recovery phone I use a no contract burner that doesn't come back to me. It's never answered and doesn't get voice mails. All it's used for is finding my real phone when I forget where I set it down and my wife isn't here to call me. It also gets text messages as needed. That's only $15 a month and small fraction of the landline we s-canned years ago. That was only used to chase down lost phones and to have for 911. This new house phone works perfectly well for the newfangled 911 system while our real phones do not.

Wow, you don't need burner phones and all that, just go to your current YT and click Create a channel (click your picture top right and it's at the top) and then put the info you want displayed. You will be creating a new channel under the same account. No new account needed.
