Hey, I'm back with my second review. Today I will discuss Pyromania sauce. Pyromania is made by Garden Food, the same company who makes Endorphin Rush. The label is a yellow orange. Flavor is chipotle mostly with hints of black pepper, vinegar, and sugar. The chipotle taste is alright, but they should have left out the sugar altogether. The heat is only in small amounts and the sauce is not nearly as hot as advertised. But the biggest problem I have with this sauce is consistency. My God!! I can barely get the sauce out of the bottle, it is so thick and chunky. True, many of Cajohn's habanero sauces are thick, but they pour smoothy. Plus they are a lot hotter AND much better tasting.
For the most part I was disappointed with Pyromania. This sauce had a lot of potential if it would have been made right. It is sad for me to say, but I cannot recommend Pyromania all that much.
