So i plucked a orange hab about the size of a bit smaller than a dime. If i was to take the seeds from it would those grow small habs also?

no tellin'...they may just be some small pods...what do the rest of the pods on the plant look like?

Heres the hab

+1 AJ There is no telling, but IMO it's best to save seeds from bigger pods if possible. You just wont know until you grow the seeds out. Plant size and over all health of the plant should come into play as to how the pods from the seeds saved will turn out as well

Wait till the bigger pods ripen and grow those seeds! :)

If the seeds are viable it won't produce a small hab strain it will just produce the same plant as (both parents crossed) it already was. Often a small pepper like that doesn't even have any genetic factors involved, it was just strangled by a weak steam or that was tossed around too much in the wind till the stem suffered too much damage... or occasionally lack of nutrients can cause a few to have withering stems.
