Question on seeds

I just opened up a Jalepeno and noticed some of the seeds were brown most were white. What does that mean??

They could have slight seed rot , although seeds are usually darker brown/ black that have seed rot. As long ad they aren't a blackish color they could ok to germinate.

I've germinated seeds that look like that. Just soak them in hydrogen peroxide before you sow them or chamomile tea.

I don't soak mine but read a couple hours to overnight.
