Rain Rain And more Rain

Hi there we have been having rain for 4 days now
and i'm wondering how it will affect my pod production
my Tabascos have started nicely my habaneros are stalling ......few flowers and small pods but seems they 
don't like the rain(blossom drop) any way of preventing this or is it a waiting game?

If there in containers move inside otherwise wait it out. I lost a bunch last year when we had a flood.

Yes they are in containers but there are to many to move inside
so i guess its awaiting game

I wouldn't worry too much. If you have enough time left in your growing season, the plants will most likely flower again as soon as the weather cooperates.
