I look on other sites with tons of recipes, but i wanted to hear from yall here. My hot peppers are starting to mature in my garden such as orange habs, different types of cayennes, peter peppers, jalapenos, and my ghost peppers. My hottest ones i am going to ferment to use later in making a hot sauce. However, i am looking to make some hot sauce now to hold me over until then. i love tobasco sauce and sweet & spicy hot sauces. I wanted to see what kind of mixes yall suggest. i am not really sure where to start. thanks
