Red Hawk Premium Peppers Grounds for Divorce

A couple of days ago, a bottle of Red Hawk Premium Peppers "Grounds for Divorce" hot garlic sauce arrived in the mail. I bought it online.

For my taste test, I chose some Super Bowl smoked drumsticks, a breaded and fried chicken tender, and some rice pilaf.

This smooth sauce pours easily, even after being refrigerated, yet, it has texture. Garlic and tomato are predominant in the aroma, as well as in the flavor, although the peppers, onion, and mild vinegar add to the complexity.

I think this hot garlic sauce is truly an "all purpose" sauce, not like some specialty hot sauces which can be limited to certain foods. In fact, Grounds for Divorce hot garlic sauce could easily replace the great majority of hot sauces I currently stock in my fridge. It's one of those unique sauces that doesn't wear out the palate, but makes you want to keep eating. Whether this is a plus or minus, you can decide for yourself. My only wish is that it came in bigger bottles. Thanks, Dan.

I haven't tried that one yet, but his 'Holy Alimony' sauce is freaking amazing. That is one of a few types of sauce that will most likely always be in my fridge. I have been really impressed with RedHawk Pepper sauces. I am working my way through them... :) He also sells a powder called 'Pain' -- Darn good stuff.

Also, if you haven't yet tried the sauce from the guy that posted above me, I would recommend those highly as well. ;)
