I've got a bunch of these showing up all over my Annuums. For some reason I'm not seeing any on the chinenses, which seems a bit odd.
The smaller ones (earlier life stage?) are red and look like a cross between a spider and an ant - should be able to see one here. Bigger ones look a bit more like squash bugs but not exactly.
