I'm finding that there is a niche in Central Va. for a sauce store.
I have a retail license and some of my friends would like me to open a store or mall outlet. And I just found that an ex-cop friend has a hot sauce making and packaging plant in Hanover.
I need packing info from you makers, as it relates to FDA or USDA requirements and I want to know if any of you will wholesale to me. I think you sellers have to register as sauce makers.

I will be checking into this and any info will be appreciated. There are a lot of chili-heads in this area.

Yeah. A mall wants $7K per month. I can get a 1400 sq. ft. shop for $325. a month. I could go the distributor route from home or even my current shop which is 4,500 ft.
Distribution may be the way to go. We'll see. I have the license and can do either. Anybody here want a Central Va. presence? Frank :banghead:
