Who the hell needs to make 60 GALLONS of chili. Just the ingredients will cost half or more than the actual 1st place prize money. Chili Man Out.

BUT...

Looks like I will be entering the Smoke on the Water Cook off in Charleston WV. Gonna enter the red and green catagories as well as the salsa (two entries there!) Hope to see some of you cats there. AND the first prize is...$7500!!!!!! Tinner, it might be worth looking into.
