It's been a long time since I commented on this board, but today I am going to review one of my favorite sauces, Ring Of Fire Original. First of all it's a big bottle, 12.8 ounces instead of the usual 5 ounce. The flavor is really something. It smells and tastes a lot like chilli believe it or not, but with the habanero flavor nicely mixed in. I usually use Ring of Fire on standard chips but it is a sauce that will compliment warm dishes as well. Heatwise it is not too strong, maybe a little rough on a beginner, but a chilihead will be able to devour it easily.
Mike and Diane have many great Ring of Fire sauces, but this is their best one I believe. I am now going to give you a heat and flavor rating. (Note this heat scale goes to 12. There are just too many different levels to stop at 10).
Verdict: Heat 5/12, Flavor 9.5/10
