According to some tests Jim Duffy (Habanero500) ran, 600-700k for yellow, 600-900K for all other 7 pods besides Douglah. There is thread called "Not Naga Viper but genuine testing" where he lists a bunch of averages for various superhots. I would post the link but I'm on my phone.
