Ripening

We had a frost/freeze warning last night so I picked a majority of my peppers and I have several that are not ripe. Whats the easiest way to ripen the peppers off the plant?

I usually put green fruit in a brown paper bag to ripen. Not sure if it works for peppers though.

Yep, the papper bag trick works.

Add a tomato or banana to the bag for quicker results since peppers don't produce a lot of ethylene gas
