Root Riot Plugs

Having some trouble with these. Not really trouble, as some are popping fast. I am top watering only and as the water condenses on the dome, it all runs down to either the front or the back and those plugs seem really too wet to me. The middle ones seem to dry pretty fast.

Any thoughts?

To be honest, I use them and this is what i do i fill my tray with a bunch of water, and i put the little trays
holding the root riot above it (where it dont sit in the water. Leave my dome and check every 3-4 days when
first planted, than usally day after, i get enought condienstation where they stay moist the whole time.

I use it for seeds, also done it for cuttings.
