food Salmon Fillet

Oh yeah, I'm not sure if I want to bake it in foil with onions "shallets" and green onions for the topping or what.

Right now I need to sit down for a minute got home from a long day with the folks.
 
I love to chop up a bunch of thyme & garlic, rub my salmon down with some olive oil then salt pepper & the thyme/garlic mixture. Then bake it or broil it. Mmmm

Well I killed my broiler and it will be fixed Tuesday!

By the way if you bake it how do you keep the salmon from not sticking to the pan?
 
Ok here's the scoop!

First I've rubbed all the fish fillets with evoo and let it soak for a few minutes.

One side on all fish fillets choptile seasoning and real garlic bits stuffed inside each fillet, On the other side It's Cyanne pepper spice.

I like my salmon raw or smoked.
 
Looks good! But I agree w/ THP...salmon sushi or smoked salmon & cream cheese on a rice cracker & topped w/ hab powder can't be beat.
