recipe Salsa - recipe and/or conservation

Hey,

If any of you would like to share a recipe, or more importantly conservation naturally of salsa I would appreciate it. Either by heat/heat sealing or vinegar. Thank you.

Hi arcticchili-
this website has several salsa recipes, most are made with a bit of vinegar and boiling water bath or pressure canning.

And here is another-

you can pretty much substitute vegetables and chilis of your choice as long as you keep the total amout of vegetables and to total amount of vinegar/lemonjuice/acids the same as what is listed in the recipes.

Also, any of the recipes can be made and kept refrigerated.

Good Luck and Have Fun!
