Saucy

Made some sauce today.  That about does it for fresh peppers for the year  :)

The labels are Avery brand labels, which you can find on Amazon. They have all the templates on their website. I only have a laser printer, so that's what I use to print them.

Wax seals are easy. 50/50 mix of hot glue gun sticks and whatever color crayon you want. I melt it all down in a cheap crock pot I picked up at the thrift store. Just dip them in.

It's about a dozen different varieties of peppers, tomatoes, carrots, garlic, onions, apples, vinegar, sea salt, and sugar. Some lemon zest and ginger as well.

Few more pics of the sauce making in progress in my most recent post here if anyone cares to see.  www.instagram.com/MattsPeppers

Nice! What did you use to stamp the wax? I know its a "m" but I see a "w" lol

Thanks!  It's a wax seal stamp. Bunch of options on eBay if you search that.

I also think it might be a "W" lol. Was thinking that as I was giving my seal of approval on 'em.  I received it as a gift and figured I better use it anyway!  Close enough!
