Made some sauce today. That about does it for fresh peppers for the year
The labels are Avery brand labels, which you can find on Amazon. They have all the templates on their website. I only have a laser printer, so that's what I use to print them.
Wax seals are easy. 50/50 mix of hot glue gun sticks and whatever color crayon you want. I melt it all down in a cheap crock pot I picked up at the thrift store. Just dip them in.
It's about a dozen different varieties of peppers, tomatoes, carrots, garlic, onions, apples, vinegar, sea salt, and sugar. Some lemon zest and ginger as well.
