3 Lbs. Sausage/Brats/Kielbasa
2 Yellow Onions
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
2 Bottles Pale Ale or Pilsner (12oz. each)
Add all ingredients to Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low (7-8 hours) or High (4-5 hours).
