Just picked up some ghost pepper salt from Savory Spice Shop. Man is it some good stuff. It's slightly sweet with a nice pepper taste and the perfect amount of heat. I guess the secret to the taste is in the Chocolate Extract it has listed. Surprising because you can't taste chocolate and really can't smell it either so it must just be a tiny amount. Anyway, I'll be putting this stuff on everything.
