Not sure if its a limited time product but tried some today and I have to admit it's delicious. Just enough of the pepper to give it some heat without sacrificing either the flavor of the cheese or the chile. Worth it if you can grab some.
Edit: also have a hatch and white cheddar which went great on some ribeye burgers.
