If you're talking about the lil white dots on the leaves, I don't know what you got going on there. But if you're talking about the wrinkled nature of the leaves, I wouldn't worry. When I started growing, I mistook this for a calcium deficiency. And I wondered why only my Bonnets were suffering. Now, I realize it's just a regular Bonnet trait.
It's so pronounced in some strains, I've had other gardeners not even realize my TFM patch is peppers. Ppl ask if it's spinach, lol. I'm to the point now where of I'm growing a new-to-me strain of Bonnet, and the leaves DON'T look all crinkled, I take that as a bad sign. By that measure, things don't bode well for my Schneider's Farm Bonnets.
