Scotch bonnet not too healthy

More pics?  Overall of the plants?  Multiple plants?  The media in the container?

What do you feed it?  How often do you water?  Have you had pest issues?  Has it been raining heavily?

Multiple plants of a few different varieties but none of them including the other bonnets look that way. Media is 4 parts home compost, 2 parts peat, 1 part perlite and 1 part vermiculite. Noticed a few more peppers on the plant this evening after work. I feed them once every two weeks with liquid chemical fert (all purpose miracle gro) and once every two weeks with epsom applied to foliage. All other plants very happy. Loads of peppers. They get roughly 4 hours of direct morning sun then filtered through overhead pecan tree until the evening when they get another hour or two of intermittent direct sun. I water only when media is dry almost to the point of leaves wilting. Had previous aphid issue that sorted itself out when the predators showed up. Other than that I spray every once in awhile with BT when I notice caterpillars snooping around. First 3 pictures are the SB in question.

The first thing I'd do, is stop spraying epsom salts.  Short of an actual temporary calcium disruption - such as something caused by drought or excessive rainfall - there is no reason to do this. (you can prevent BER on tomatoes after heavy rains by spraying epsom - but it's a disruption you're countering, not a deficiency) Feed your calcium in the media.  You are just spraying inorganic mineral salts onto your leaves, for a perceived, at best, benefit. The benefit of epsom salts, is rather the stuff of wives tales.  But too much inorganic salts on plant tissues, is certainly not.  This is my first suspect, as this does not look like any typical pest damage or deficiency.

Second - have you sprayed anything else on the plant leaves?
 
If you're talking about the lil white dots on the leaves, I don't know what you got going on there. But if you're talking about the wrinkled nature of the leaves, I wouldn't worry. When I started growing, I mistook this for a calcium deficiency. And I wondered why only my Bonnets were suffering. Now, I realize it's just a regular Bonnet trait.

It's so pronounced in some strains, I've had other gardeners not even realize my TFM patch is peppers. Ppl ask if it's spinach, lol. I'm to the point now where of I'm growing a new-to-me strain of Bonnet, and the leaves DON'T look all crinkled, I take that as a bad sign. By that measure, things don't bode well for my Schneider's Farm Bonnets.

LOL.  Had some of the wife's infrequent visiting relatives over at the house this evening.  They wanted a tour of the garden.  We got to the Bonnet patch and they asked what kind of greens are these?  I told them peppers.  They'd never seen anything like it!!!!!  I've got 20 Bonnet plants (9 varieties) and they're all wrinkled pretty much the same.      
 
Rob/Michael I am all wrinkled here as well in the UK ... typical bonnet trait .. as the plants start to loose their lower leaves and stretch out they then seem to take on the more stereotypical shape

What's weird is two of mine are wrinkly but the other 3 aren't and they are all the same variety, same media, same location, etc.  Crazy little plants.  More peppers are setting everyday on my problem SB though so I think it is coming out of it.
 
I think it'll be ok.

I know I'm a worry-wart, and I've given up on trying to not worry. However, I've come a long way as far as resisting an urge to panic. And it's done a lot of good for me, as well as for my plants. So, nowadays, when something in my garden starts to worry me, I definitely keep a close eye on it, and observe, looking for developments. But often, there's no need for a proactive response.

Chile plants are though hell, and they want to LIVE! A lot of times, the best strategy is to just get out of their way and let them live their life.
