food Scotchnaga's Jerk chicken

4 small Hab's and 4 small Bonnets.
3 large garlic cloves (proper garlic not that tasteless super market crap)
2 shallots (or 1 small onion)
Tesco sticky BBQ marinade
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoon of Tikka mix

Mixed dried herbs.

Sliced chicken. (280g)

Blend all the ingredients excluding mixed herbs and chicken.

Pour/ scrape mixture into dish and add chicken. Score the chicken then cover with Cling film.

Put in fridge for minimum of 30 minutes.

Now place on tray and cover the chicken with more of the marinade and sprinkle the mixed herbs on. Now place in the oven to cook. Turn chicken regularly until its cooked.

Slightly alted the recipe today. Now i have an additional dark red Dorset Naga in the mix and the shallots where swapped for a fairly small onion.
