1/2 cube of hydroponic coco
1 bag local nursery brand potting soil (peat moss, compost, perlite)
1/2 bag vermiculite
1 bag compost (local nursery brand, claims to be for veggies)
1 small bag worm castings
It looks and feels like a great combo. Anyone have any concerns with it? It's light, kinda airy, seems to hold water well... yet drains quick and doesn't get bogged down and muddy feeling.
I'm having some problems with my seedlings and I'm trying to rule out each step in the process. (yellow leaves that just drop off from all over the plants, good looking green leaves that just detach for no reason...)
I may just scrap the whole lot like TXCG did to his but I don't have any chance to score decent plants at the local nursery as they don't seem to carry much beyond jalapeno and serrano.
