If you meant Moruga peppers, there are several vendors on this very site that sell them:

- Jungle Rain
 
just to name a few. The ones I've listed, I've personally dealt with and had excellent experiences with them, and PepperLover and sicman especially go out of their way for customers regarding seeds and advice/tips for good germination and growing.
