seeds Seedling leaves curling?

My 10-12 day old chinense seedlings are dramatically curling their leaves, and it looks bad :/. Could I have over watered? Or is the T5 too close? I keep them about 4-5 inches from the lights

Take that light and put it up higher. The soil looks dry in that pic, and I water my plants with sponge every day or so when the're that size.

Raised the light, watered the plants, and turned off the heat mat. Most of the plants are back to normal!

Ahhh...a happy ending. A sure sign it's too hot or too bright. They'll also bring their cotys together like they're clapping sometimes...same issue, but not as severe.
