How do we know if the seeds are matured enough / Good ?
All the seeds are from the same type of Pepper but different pod sizes and i think at different times of maturity.

The top one and the 3rd one from the top looks ok. But really, have to try to really know.

take 5 from each pack and try germinating them.

the seeds for the 1st and 3rd looks nice in colour but.. they are also thin.. not at thick as the other two darker one.. 1 and 3 are more crinkled compared with the 2 & 4.
what happen was my father in law mixed both white and the red matured one together and dried them. Now have to sort them all.

looks like the best way is to sow them and do a germination test.
