I know my odds of finding what I want are slim. But it can't hurt to ask.
Long story short... HS friend runs a catering and eat-in/take-out shop in our home town. He is also about to be a guest chef on a superbowl related show on food network. I dropped off one of my sauces and a couple of jams. He loved them and wants me to make him a bunch of sauce to list on his superbowl catering menu and in his shop. I have a decent amount of orange habs (could possibly use more). But I only had small handfuls of the red morugs scorpions and white 7s that went into my jams.
I still need to follow up with him on how much he wants and which type of sauce or jam he wants. But I want to get a sense if there is anything out there if I needed them.
