Curious, if a self pollinating plant self pollinates will the offspring have the same dna as the parent plant?

It depends on whether or not there is a woodchuck involved.
 
I'm sure I could be wrong, as I often am. But I'm pretty sure its DNA would be the same but can be expressed differently. Just because you took a f1 and crossed it back to itself doesn't mean it would produce offspring identical to it like say a clone.
