Looking to sell some of my peppers and flakes at a Local Farmers Market, and would like any info you guys might have. As to pricing,packaging etc.

And check with the FM and your local health district to see what they will require (if any) for processing and health permits of dried chile products. Some places allow it, some call it a processed food and require full licensing. It'd be a bummer to work hard getting a lot of stuff ready to go and not be able to sell it.
