misc Selling sauce with other commercial ingredients in it.

I have a sauce that I make that includes a small can of "Goya Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce" as one of the many ingredients. Can I legally sell my product as long as I'm not just take their can and reselling it with a new name?

Do I / should I include the proper name in the ingredient list, or just list the ingredients in the can with the rest?

Lots of sauces contain other commercial sauces, like worcestershire. Just have to list the subingredients like PeppersNorth posted.

When you get to selling, your licensing inspector will review your labeling, so dont print up a bunch of labels before it is all signed off by your inspector. Good luck and have fun!
