(well, actually i have yet to try the Fidalgo Roxa, but i have tried all of the others, and am growing many of them myself.  They are indeed very tasty)

Yea, most of these are my favorite go to peppers when cooking or making a salsa verde. Bolsa de Dulce has to be my favorite of the year for sure. Great flavor. Not any heat, makes it a good family friendly cooking pepper.
