I don't know what this is. It is HOT!!! has a bhut taste, but hotter. about 2" long, and has 3-6 seeds inside. What am I?

yes this is the first pod. There are a few on the plant right now, and all of them look like this
Looks just like my Dorset Naga... the smaller first set of pods are starting to ripen. They seem to be doing it in patches and the pods are a darker green then the younger ones.
That is not 2 inches either. The pen lid would suggest your pod is closer to maybe just under 1 inch.
My guess is you have naga morich/ Dorset naga :-)
