Should I transplant?

With seedlings germinating at different times should I just transplant the big ones to solo cups now so I can keep the dome on my flat to hold moisture for the seeds that haven't popped?
Also I still need to use seedling mix if I do transplant now right? I was hoping to keep them in these small cells for awhile and go to Promix in the cups. I just don't want to keep these seedlings in a damp dome.

Yes,if it is humid I would get them out of there or you may get a fungal disease.
Those seedlings look very leggy.You need to get your light closer to the plants

i have my lights  3" above my plants at all times ,  keep fan going , they'll be fine . when you transplant them you can bury them closer to the first set of leaves

Yeah start planting the big ones. Promix in cups is good.

Yes. I used a tool to pop the plug out of my cell tray then carefully broke the mix off of the seedling. Poked a hole in the already watered mix in the cups and placed in the hole, and lightly tamped down the soil around them. Most of them have popped back up so far.
