Sick Douglah - cause?

So many plant pathogens, so little time. Without getting into other sick plants, my Douglah has something going on that I just can't figure out. It started dropping some leaves so I put it in quarantine. It stopped dropping leaves, but here is what a typical leaf looks like:

This is the plant:

It probably dropped about 1/3 of its leaves. After searching, all I could find similar was some sort of mosaic virus, but the pics don't seem to perfectly match any of the ones I've found. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the insight. I'll look for some copper compounds this afternoon. I plucked the involved leaves soon after that photo was taken. So far, no more seem to have developed that color change. Knock on wood...
