Most of my plants are doing great- But my Butch T's and one Brown congo have a major foliage problem. Learning from you guys, to me it looks like severe  Calcium defiency, which seems unlikely due to the same soil as others unless because of the massive leaves on the Butch's or Mites?
 
My plants never had mites before just aphids last season.. I did notice a few aphids but not to the degree of plant sickness so I sprayed some NEEM. I also added bone meal last week.
 
What do you think it is and what remedies? Thanks!
 

 
 
i just did this last week, and know exactly what is wrong because my plants looked exactly the same or worse than yours.  Here it is.. you have a combination of Aphids and thrips. I sprayed Neem and it worked but not as much as a synthetic,  (if you don't mind using it)  The neem also burnt my leaves just as yours did..The reason that the leaves grow like that is because the thrips and aphids eat the ne growth and and cones out distorted when fully grown..
