I got side tracked (easy for me to do) in the drunken chef post when I went to the store for ingredients....soooooo
I have been going to this so called cajun' place for about 16 years...beer is cold, bartenders are hot, and the crawfish smell like....well, crawfish...they are pretty good...if you get to Fort Worth between February and June, try the crawfish...
my standard fare...2 pounds of crawfish and a margarita, rocks and salt...

someone said that when I finish with these crawfish, it looks like a coon on a riverbank has been feasting...
these were so good, I had to have 4 more pounds...
