Silver Leaves

Hi all-

I picked up one of those Bonnie "Worlds Hottest Habanero Pepper" plants at Home Depot this past Sunday. I planted it in the raised bed in the back yard. Last evening, I noted some of the leaves have turned silver. Those leaves are also very thinned, almost transparent. This was a larger plant in a 1/2 gal container, not the ones in the small 4-pack.

I looked under the involved leaves and see no evidence of aphids.

sunscald happens when plants are not hardened off new growth should be fine.

I typed up a response, then noticed it's exactly what SocalChilehead said.

So, I guess 'what he said'.

Happened to my plants this year, they all pulled through fine.

Not to worry the new growth will adapt to the fun just fine.
