But man this is good stuff. I got the Cherry - it's a dried cherry brown sugar dry rub. Made a 3.5 lb tri tip with it tonight. I baked it at 325 for 55 mins fat side up & the house smelled like heaven.
Then the taste - wow. Sweet/salty in just the right proportions - would be awesome on pork roast too.
HIGHLY recommended.
