This sauce isn't the hottest hot sauce in the world but it has a great flavour ... a nice chunky consistency ... and I have used it on almost any food that you can think of ... a nice citrus flavour with a pleasant burn ... it goes especially well on pizza ... a really good table sauce that works with just about anything ...
