Smoked Fish

Supper last night, Smoked Mackerel.
Got these in Calgary last year, were real nice and not salty like kippers, have some of those but their so salty I like to marinate them, might do them soon.
Last of my Black Bread, two with my Orange Spice Jam and One with Garlic Dip. Extra spice powder on top and Kettle chips I spiced (from other thread).
Was very satisfying :)

The monster Asian/Seafood market has small whole mackerel. I think its Spanish mackerel. I may have to try smoking some since its kinda cheap there. They should smoke up pretty nice whole.
