smoking Smoked Meatloaf

The boy been wanting some meatloaf. Even printed a recipe and hung it on the refrigerator door LMAO. So I'm going with a BBQ themed loaf.

2# 80/20 ground beef
1# chub of sausage
1 cup bread crumbs
1 green,1 red bell pepper
1 onion
2 tbs mustard
1/3 cup ketchup
Little Head Country seasoning

Sitting in the refrigerator rite now. Charcoal chime is almost ready,hitting these with some pecan chunks.
