Smokemaster, happy to read

Congrats on what sounds like good news!
 
I got my best Christmas present EVER starting last July.
It looks like I beat Lymphoma B , stage 3 Cancer.

Chemo Started in July,lasted 5 1/2 months.
First 2 Chemos worked,second 2 didn't (enlarged tumors etc.)3rd 2 did the job.

I just got blood test results and things are getting back to normal.Everything in general is VERY cool.

I wish everyone the best for not just for the Holidays.
I wish everyone everything that is good to happen to you in your lives.

I got more than I could ever ask for,I wish the same to you.

I hope Santa brings everyone a stocking full of Pepper Seeds , Powders , Sauces and pods.
 
Thanks to everyone for their best wishes for me.

Very cool to hear Smokemaster! I love reading your stories too. Especially the trip to chemo, LOL but glad to hear you are done with all of that.

Rumor has it Santa is going to bring me some more " Hazardous " packages soon.
Old Saint Nick knew better than trying to bring the present here with everyone elses gifts during his regular rounds.
 
I've notified the proper agencies,but ya never know. LOL

Great news for a very dedicated pepper-head.    Congratulations for both beating it and sticking with the treatments.

It was one hell of a Roller Coaster ride for way too long.
 
Chemo generally does or doesn't work.
 
It usually doesn't start and stop working.
Like what happened to me.
 
Sorry if I had an attitude at times.
Which I did...
 
At 1 time , 2 out of 3 people who cared for me(meds etc.I had home care-Docs and Nurses) suggested I get my final shit together...Bucket list time-BUT I might only have a very short time before I might be history.
 
The second 2 seemed like it was time to decide how In was going to kiss my ass good bye.
 
The form of Lymphoma I had is VERY aggressive.
 
The form I had is considered as less curable by several things
 
age - 60 yrs. old is bad
is stage - I was 3 out of 4
gender - male
Caucasion 
Exposure to Benzene and other chemicals -I was a painter for several years before they did away with a lot of stuff we used...
My Fat ass....I worked hard at gaining every Lb. I weighed. (I lost 80 Lbs. from Chemo,I'm confident I'll gain it back in a timely manor. LOL )
 
80% curable dropped to "Don't even plan on beating it".
 
I got a LOT of E Mails and support in posts from people on pepper and gardening sites I frequent REALLY helped me out mentally which is a BIG thing.
 
I just intended on wishing EVERYONE as much great stuff that has happened to me back at you all for a seasons greatings.
 
But I had to hyjack my own post because all the caring I've gotten from everyone blows me away.
 
I've been messed up since 2006.
 
I was treated for all kinds of other stuff until the Cancer was really nasty.
You guy really make me feel great.
Going to be a while kicking Chemo effects BUT it's better than Cancer.
 
I wish everyone to have a great life.
You guys did keep my spirits up when I was in need.
I am not considered cured for 5 years,day to day is what I do.
You guys Rock!
IT REALLY STILL MEANS MORE THAN WORDS CAN SAY!

It makes me very happy to read all this. Too much sad and bad stuff goes on. Great to read good stuff, especially at this time of year. Grow some great peppers this year Mike to celebrate.
