So far so good

1st anyone know what causes this?

I'm considering putting them out in full Sun not sure yet but I think they can handle it a few of them are starting to flower,

could be spider mites ...
 
are their little silky, whispy webs under curled leaves? ...
 
little lime green ovals under the leaves and on the new growth? ...

Well since you said that I went and checked It's Ants little ants on the under side of the leafs.......
 
isolate the affected plants immediately to stop infestation spread. Spray them with something (not in full sun) (soap water, neem oil, azamax are a few).

I just quarantined my worst plants to a different part of the yard.
 
Get AzaMax, stat ... and check in w/ D3 and see how it's working for him ... mine's still in the box ...

worked for me last year when i had 2 plants with ants farmings aphids
