seeds So I gave my seedlings a sunburn

When I started my seedlings I had them under three 24wHO T5's. Of course with my luck one of the bulbs burned out a few days after I set things up. I ordered new bulbs and was sent the wrong ones, so I put together a 70w MH for lighting. I thought I had the light high enough, but thought wrong and gave a bunch of the plants a pretty good sunburn.

Other than moving the light further away, is there anything I should do?  Nothing looks to be harmed too much other than some very dark leaves.

The worse problems I have had is misting when the lights stay on.  The moisture seems to form little lenses that burn.  Today, if I am going to mist I do it right before the dark cycle.

This. If they were dry and sunburned then just move the light.
