soluble calcium

hello fellow chili heads , i'm not quite sure if this is the place to ask , still new here . but need advice as to whats the best soluble calcium to get that has fast uptake for my chili plants ? sure appreciate the help ! m.g.

Look for calcium chloride or calcium nitrate.

I think I've seen people say they use those dissolving tablets for foliar sprays, 'Tums' I think? I've never done it so don't try it without doing some research on it first.
