plant Some help on a gift chili plant

Received from my land-lady for the garden, any help with an ID would be welcome. Already some critter has been having a go at the leaves, I am not certain but I think its the red leaf cutter ants, they do like to play games with my head.
 

 
Found these two seedling whilst pottering around yesterday, looks like they self seeded in a half empty pot with some dirt in it, I am assuming they are yellow fatalii as that is about the only pepper I had around last year and it looks pretty similar if a little paler, but that is probably because its in a pot of dirt with little nutrient.

The seedlings look a tad less bushy than the Fatalii I got from Helvete but definitely the same type of leaf.

Well the peppers look like some sort of hab/bonnet type pepper, too soon for me to tell on those little ones but if that was the only pepper around odds are it is what you think it is

Whatever it is it has zero heat and not the best flavour, bit of a let down.
