Some type of Habanero?

Looks like a jamaican mushroom and an habanero hybrid l. Has traits from both plants

Maybe something like a numex suave red? Does not look like a mushroom variety to me though.. Where did you get the seeds/plant?

i have no idea.  Just a plant that I have kept around for about 4 years.

What about flavor/heat level?
That might help ID.
It probably has the chinense, habanero type flavor but some have sweet or bitter undertones
