something to worry about?

Hi all. I've been checking out this site for a while now but this is my 1st post, and also 1st year growing peppers. so far everything is going well but i have noticed something happening to my 7pods(all other varieties are as yet unaffected).

the underside of some of the leaves have small whitish bumps, mainly along the stem and veins. any ideas what this could be? and is it bad?

not quite sure how to attach pictures to this, sorry. any suggestions as to how i do that?

Thanks

seems odd that it would only happen to one variety though doesn't it?
i water them all at the same time and soil is still moist.
how often would you suggest i water them?

All plants don't consume water at the same rate. Plunge your index finger up to the second knuckle and if you feel moisture, don't water.

With practice you can tell if a plant needs water just by checking the weight of the pot.
