Since I'm quite new here, i would like to show some photos from this year's grow... I grew on a balcony and in a bit shady garden, with lots of reflected sunlight from the surrounding buildings, and still had nice pods.

scotch bonnet. this one was really prolific, don't know exactly which scotch bonnet variety it is, maybe someone can id it... had a strong "tutti frutti' flavor.

Very nice job! I always read about Padron peppers and how good they are fried- never have had a chance to try them (closest variety was perhaps a 'Fish pepper'). That picture you posted of them fried looks delicious!! Love the look of those Orange Thai's as well... such attractive & cool looking little peppers!

Little update, what's happening now.
Some seedlings already growing, unfortunately they got bit leggy, i built my light room little bit late, hopefully they will be fine now...
And it's time for round two, soaking in water a few other varieties.
This year i'm planning to try as many varieties as i can, to see which grow the best under our climate/my conditions, and which matches my taste the most.

Time for some updates! Many things happened since my last post.
 
This year, i wanted to grow in a different place, where a huge space is available for peppers and other vegetables, but ther were some issues getting water there. So afer a while i got a bit desperate, and decided to plant a few plants out in our garden's sunniest spot. At the front with the compact and lower growing varieties i experimented with square-foot, in the back are the taller ones, and a few tomatoes at the end.

Biquinho vermelho

 
Pepper bought at a local supermarket, and it's origin was Kenya, so named this one as "Kenya" C. annum, ripens to red.

 
"Pimento hot Malageta", seeds bought in Portugtal last year.

 
Sweet wrinkled old man aka Shishito

 
Aji Omnicolor. First year growing this, love it a lot, very-very productive. We pick and eat them quite fast as they turn red

Rainforest on the left (seeds from kentishman) and Aji pacay on the right

 
Should be Fidalga roxa, but this one turned out to be an accidental cross. I got the seeds from chiltepin, grew out four, the other three look like a true Fidalga roxa. Also like this one too, interesting how it will turn out. Foliage/stems has slight anhocyanine coloration, the pods some blush aswell.

When it was already approx. 2 months late, the irrigtation problem got solved on the other location i primarly wanted to grow, so quickly we planted out the rest of the plants, all full with buds and flowers. So unfortunately a very late season start here...

Our neighbour is a beekeeper, so i decided to isolate few pods on every plant. The funny thing is, i never saw any bees near these pepper plants, probably many more attractive flowers are there around for the bees, but in our garden, i met few times them pollinating my peppers.

Bought some orange, smaller sized peppers with nice heat in Malaga, Spain last year ona a local market. Their plant turned out to be an annum, compact growing, loaded with flowers. It takes some time to change from green to orange...

 

 
Unknown ornamental, bought the plant on a local market. The long pods turn from white (light yellow) after getting some anthocyanine coloration to a nice orange. Didn't try it yet.

The Macskasarga you sent me is producing well. And as you said, it dries very well.

I'm picking plenty of paprikas. Picked about 10 Kalocsai 622 yesterday.

I'm also happy those varieties i sent you are growing fine in your garden!

(I wanted to post more photos, but it turned out there is some kind of restricton i wasn't aware of, of allowed pictures/posts so will continue the update tomorrow.)
